Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Zenvisia (operated by zen software s. r. o., "we", "us") processes when you visit this website or use the Zenvisia application, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- Website analytics — anonymized, cookie-free page-view and event data (page visits, scroll depth, button clicks) via Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
- Waitlist sign-ups — the email address you submit on the upload page to reserve a GPU processing slot.
- Uploaded footage — if you upload a video for analysis once processing capacity is available, the video file and any trajectories/metadata derived from it.
- Account data — if you sign in to the Zenvisia app, your name, email, and profile picture as provided by your chosen identity provider (e.g. Google).
3. Why we process it
To operate and improve the website and app, respond to waitlist requests, process video uploads you explicitly submit for analysis, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Retention & your rights
We keep waitlist emails and uploaded footage only as long as needed to provide the service, or until you ask us to delete them. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact igor@zenvisia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
5. Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The Umami analytics script collects aggregated, anonymized usage data without cookies or persistent identifiers.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date below.
